A former rival of NBA legend Michael Jordan has weighed in on the GOAT debate.
In an interview with VladTV, former NBA player John Salley, who competed against Michael Jordan during his career, weighed in on the ongoing debate about the greatest of all time (GOAT) in basketball. Salley expressed his belief that LeBron James is the GOAT, citing James' versatility and ability to play multiple positions effectively. He acknowledged Michael Jordan's greatness but argued that Jordan's skills were more specialized compared to James' all-around game. Salley also mentioned that while Jordan was a phenomenal scorer, James has shown the ability to lead his team in various statistical categories, reinforcing his case for being considered the best player in NBA history.
