  • Although three and a half years have passed since then, the Tigresses are yet to feature in the game's elite format.

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is actively planning to expedite the women's cricket team's debut in Test cricket, aiming to elevate the team's status in international cricket. The BCB is also focusing on improving the team's skills in red-ball cricket, with plans to possibly schedule a Test match in the upcoming season, although no specific dates have been confirmed yet.
