Paige VanZant Set for MMA Comeback in New Global Fight League

Paige VanZant, a former UFC fighter, is set to make a comeback in mixed martial arts (MMA) with the newly established Global Fight League (GFL). After a hiatus from MMA, where she explored other combat sports like bare-knuckle boxing and professional wrestling with AEW, VanZant has signed a multi-fight contract with GFL. This move comes after her last MMA fight in July 2020, where she lost to Amanda Ribas. The GFL, aiming to be a significant player in the MMA scene, has also signed other notable fighters like Junior dos Santos and Quinton "Rampage" Jackson. VanZant's return to MMA is anticipated to bring her back into the spotlight, leveraging her popularity and experience in various fighting disciplines.
