  • Last year, his first year as a starting quarterback at the varsity level, Schaffer had nearly 4,000 total yards and 48 touchdowns. His team finished just one win away from a trip to Madison

The Green Bay Packers have selected Winneconne High School's junior, Schaffer, to participate in the NFL's Elite Skills Competition in New Orleans, which takes place ahead of the Super Bowl. Schaffer, who has shown remarkable athletic prowess, will compete against other top high school athletes from across the country in various skills challenges. This event not only highlights his talent but also provides him with a platform to potentially catch the eye of college scouts and NFL personnel. The competition is part of the NFL's initiative to promote and develop young talent, offering participants a unique experience and exposure on a national stage.
