  • Sluggball, a 4-on-4 baseball competition co-founded by former Phillies GM Ruben Amaro Jr., is expected to debut in May and tour minor league stadiums this season.

Ruben Amaro Jr., the former general manager of the Philadelphia Phillies, is set to launch a new hitting competition named "The 1894 Challenge." This event, inspired by the Phillies' founding year, will feature a unique format where participants compete in a timed hitting challenge.
