Manchester City survive huge Cup scare to beat Leyton Orient in FA Cup

Manchester City narrowly avoided an upset in the FA Cup fourth round, defeating lower-league side Leyton Orient 2-1 on February 8, 2025. Despite being the favorites, City found themselves trailing after an early goal by Leyton Orient's Joe Pigott. The Premier League champions, however, managed to turn the game around with goals from Julian Alvarez and a late winner by Phil Foden.
