Kentucky Christian University to join River States Conference

Kentucky Christian University (KCU) has officially joined the River States Conference (RSC) for all sports, effective from the 2023-24 academic year. This move was announced by the RSC Council of Presidents, marking KCU as the 13th member of the conference. Previously, KCU was part of the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) and the Mid-South Conference (MSC) for football. The transition to the RSC is expected to enhance competition and provide new opportunities for KCU's athletic programs, aligning with other institutions in the region that share similar values and competitive spirit. The RSC, which includes schools from Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and West Virginia, will now expand its footprint with KCU's inclusion.
