Harvinder Singh, a 22-year-old para archer from India, was named ESPN's Para Male Athlete of the Year for 2023 after a remarkable performance at the Asian Para Games in Hangzhou, China. Singh, who lost his right arm in a childhood accident, made history by winning India's first-ever gold medal in the men's individual recurve open event.
