Bob Sharp, a legendary figure in SCCA racing and a close friend of Paul Newman, passed away at the age of 90. Sharp was renowned for his contributions to motorsport, particularly through his racing team, Bob Sharp Racing, which achieved significant success in the SCCA Trans Am series. His team not only won numerous races but also helped launch the racing careers of several notable drivers.
