Steelers predicted to abandon Will Howard plan by drafting 70-TD quarterback | Sporting News
Cade Klubnik is expected to be one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2026 draft and several teams will be interested in the Clemson product.

The Steelers' decision to move away from Howard, who had 24 passing touchdowns in 2023, is influenced by Rattler's higher ceiling and the team's need for a quarterback who can develop into a starter behind Russell Wilson and Justin Fields.
