Despite Robert's impressive performance this season, with a .264 batting average, 21 home runs, and 15 stolen bases, the Mets are hesitant to take on the risk associated with his injury, especially given their current position in the playoff race. The Mets, who are 10 games back in the National League wild-card race, are now looking at other potential trade options to bolster their roster as the trade deadline approaches.
