The ceremony included a parade of athletes, the lighting of the Olympic cauldron, and speeches from dignitaries, highlighting the spirit of inclusion and the athletes' dedication. The games not only provide a platform for athletes with intellectual disabilities to showcase their skills but also promote community engagement and support for the Special Olympics movement.
