RTVE wins Spanish rights for 2026 World Cup alongside Mediapro

RTVE, Spain's public broadcaster, has secured the rights to broadcast the 2026 FIFA World Cup, which will be co-hosted by the United States, Canada, and Mexico. This deal was made in collaboration with Mediapro, a Spanish media company. The agreement ensures that Spanish viewers will have access to all matches of the tournament, which will be the first to feature an expanded format with 48 teams. This partnership not only enhances RTVE's sports broadcasting portfolio but also underscores Mediapro's growing influence in the sports media rights market.
