Reigning champ Malinin of US leads Japan's Kagiyama at figure skating world championships

At the Figure Skating World Championships held on March 28, 2025, in Boston, Ilia Malinin of the United States, the reigning champion, took the lead in the men's short program with a score of 106.90 points.
