In the ILT20 match, Shai Hope's century was not enough as MI Emirates clinched a 26-run victory over Dubai Capitals. MI Emirates posted a formidable total of 241/3, thanks to significant contributions from Nicholas Pooran (51 off 18) and Andre Fletcher (68 off 45). Despite Hope's valiant effort, scoring 102 off 53 balls, Dubai Capitals could only manage 215/6 in their chase. The match was highlighted by a record-breaking 158-run partnership between Hope and Sikandar Raza, but it fell short of the target. MI Emirates' bowling attack, led by Trent Boult and Akeal Hosein, effectively contained the Capitals' batting lineup, securing the win for their team.
