Leinster continued their impressive run in the Investec Champions Cup by defeating La Rochelle 16-9 in a hard-fought match at Stade Marcel Deflandre. This victory marks Leinster's 25th consecutive win in the competition, showcasing their dominance. Despite the challenging conditions and a strong performance from La Rochelle, who were the defending champions, Leinster managed to secure the win with a crucial try from Jordan Larmour and consistent scoring from fly-half Ross Byrne, who contributed 11 points through penalties and conversions. The match was a significant test for Leinster, especially with La Rochelle's Antoine Hastoy also adding points through penalties, but Leinster's defensive resilience and strategic gameplay ultimately prevailed.
