  • The Jets have been interviewing candidates for their open head coach job for more than two weeks. And while there have been a lot of names in the mix, the Jets started Monday with 16 known completed interviews for the job,

The New York Jets are in the process of searching for a new head coach following the dismissal of Robert Saleh. The team has interviewed several candidates, with former Tennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel emerging as the first finalist. Vrabel, who was recently let go by the Titans, brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record, having led the Titans to the playoffs multiple times. His familiarity with the AFC East, having played for the New England Patriots, adds to his appeal. The Jets' management is reportedly impressed with Vrabel's leadership qualities and his ability to manage both offense and defense effectively. Other candidates like Dan Quinn, Ejiro Evero, and Aaron Glenn are also under consideration, but Vrabel's experience and success make him a standout choice. The Jets are looking to finalize their decision soon to prepare for the upcoming NFL season.
