  • We may have just wrapped up January, but preparations for The Soccer Tournament (TST) are already in full swing. The annual 7v7 friendly competition, launched in the summer of 2023, is set to return for its third edition
  • bigger and better than ever.

Lindsey Horan, the captain of the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team (USWNT), has expressed interest in participating in The Soccer Tournament (TST), a $1 million, winner-take-all event set to take place in June 2024 in Cary, North Carolina. This tournament, which features a unique 7-on-7 format, has already attracted former USWNT star Ali Krieger, who is assembling a team of ex-national team players. Horan, currently playing for Olympique Lyonnais in France, has reached out to Krieger about joining the team, highlighting her desire to compete and win the substantial prize. The event not only offers a significant financial incentive but also an opportunity for players to reconnect and showcase their skills in a different competitive environment.
