Meanwhile, the team has seen the departure of wide receiver Kenny Lawler, who has signed with the Edmonton Elks. Lawler, a key player in the Bombers' recent Grey Cup victories, had a notable performance last season with 50 catches for 901 yards and five touchdowns. The Bombers are also dealing with the absence of quarterback Chris Streveler, who is currently in the NFL, and are preparing for the upcoming season with these roster changes.
