Ryan Blaney secured the pole position for the NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway with a lap speed of 177.266 mph. This marks his first pole of the season and his first since the 2022 season finale at Phoenix. Blaney's teammate, Joey Logano, will start alongside him on the front row after posting the second-fastest lap. The race, known as the Ambetter Health 400, is set to be a significant event as it's the first time Atlanta has hosted a points race on a repaved track, which has led to increased speeds and a different racing dynamic. The starting grid also features notable drivers like Kyle Larson, William Byron, and Denny Hamlin in the top five, setting the stage for an exciting race.
