  • South Korea's Hyo-Joo Kim won the Ford Championship in a play-off as England's Charley Hull failed to mount a challenge on the final day in Arizona. Kim beat American Lilia Vu on the first extra hole to claim her seventh LPGA title after they finished tied on 22 under par at Whirlwind Golf Club's Cattail Course.

In the Ford Championship held in Gilbert, Arizona, South Korea's Kim Hyo-joo clinched the title with a final round score of 66, finishing at 22-under 266. She outplayed England's Charley Hull, who led by two strokes entering the final round but faded with a score of 70, ending up tied for second at 21-under with Japan's Ayaka Furue. Kim's victory was highlighted by her performance on the back nine, where she made four birdies in the last six holes, securing a one-stroke lead. This win marked Kim's first LPGA title since the 2020 Evian Championship and her fourth career LPGA victory. Meanwhile, Hull, despite a strong start, struggled with her putting, missing several short putts which ultimately cost her the championship.
