This strategic move is aimed at preparing the players for potential advancement to Junior A hockey. The Flames have already shown their mettle by defeating the Delta Ice Hawks, a Junior A team, in an exhibition game. Coach Bayne said the team's goal is to not only compete but to excel against these stronger teams, thereby improving their overall performance and readiness for higher levels of competition.
