Collin Morikawa has withdrawn from the Farmers Insurance Open due to a back injury, following Xander Schauffele's earlier exit from the tournament. Morikawa, who was set to play at Torrey Pines, announced his withdrawal on social media, expressing his disappointment and his intention to rest and recover. This news comes shortly after Schauffele, ranked No. 5 in the world, also pulled out of the event due to a back injury. The Farmers Insurance Open, taking place at Torrey Pines in San Diego, has thus lost two of its prominent players, impacting the field significantly.
