Class 1A jazz dance championship goes to Lac qui Parle Valley/Dawson-Boyd

The Class 1A Jazz Dance Championship was won by Lac qui Parle Valley-Dawson Boyd at the Minnesota State High School League's Dance Team State Tournament held at the Target Center in Minneapolis. The team, known as the LQPV/DB Shadows, secured the title with a score of 4, edging out St. Cloud Cathedral by just half a point. This victory marks their first state championship in jazz dance, following a third-place finish in the previous year's competition. The team's performance was highlighted by their ability to execute a routine that was both technically challenging and emotionally engaging, showcasing their hard work and dedication throughout the season.
