20-year-old bodybuilder dies after making 'serious error' before competition, trainer claims

A bodybuilder named Justyn Vicky tragically died at the age of 33 during a workout in Bali. The incident occurred when he was attempting to lift a 210kg barbell for a squat press. The barbell fell onto the back of his neck, causing critical injuries. Despite immediate medical attention, he passed away shortly after due to a broken neck and nerve compression which led to respiratory failure. This event underscores the risks associated with heavy weightlifting, particularly without proper safety measures or spotters.
