Hamlin, driving the No. 11 Toyota for Joe Gibbs Racing, led 156 of the 400 laps and finished ahead of Kyle Larson by 1.521 seconds. This win was significant as it was his fifth at Martinsville, tying him with NASCAR legends Fred Lorenzen and Buck Baker for the most wins at this track.
