  • Nyamhuri, who was Zimbabwe's highest wicket-taker at the 2024 men's U-19 World Cup, has been named in both ODI and T20I squads

Ben Curran, a 28-year-old English cricketer, has been included in Zimbabwe's squad for the upcoming One Day International (ODI) series against Afghanistan. Curran, who has previously played for England Lions and has experience in various T20 leagues around the world, will join the team as they prepare for the three-match series starting on June 3, 2023, in Harare. His inclusion is part of Zimbabwe's strategy to bolster their team with international experience ahead of the series, which is crucial for their preparations for the World Cup Qualifier. The squad also sees the return of several key players like Sikandar Raza, Sean Williams, and Ryan Burl, who were rested during the recent T20I series against Bangladesh.
